  • Orders ship Monday - Friday, most within one full business day.
  • Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping methods are available. Standard and Expedited orders are shipped through USPS. Express orders are shipped through FedEx Standard Overnight.
  • You will have 12 months from the date of purchase to use your kit.

To protect our customers and prevent privacy and billing issues, 23andMe routinely deactivates the barcode and genotyping chips for kits that are attempted to be resold by unauthorized resellers.

  • Access to certain clinical services coordinated through 23andMe may start at different times. Exome sequencing reports and access to biannual blood testing may be available within 12 weeks after 23andMe PGS reports are returned. Customers will receive notifications when services and reports become available. Membership starts once PGS reports are received.
